> Selection of boys from Year 6/7 to participate in the Primary Boys AFL Future Stars Cup / Gala Day on Wednesday 13 June, Childers, at the Show Grounds. The bus will leave from the Lower Primary Car Park 8.30 am and return to school by 3.00 pm. Teacher in charge is Mr Cowan.

Open Netball 23/5/12

St Luke's defeated Bundaberg High School 25-13.

After a scoreless first half, our boys finally started stringing passes together in the second period and scored some well constructed goals.

Year 6/7  St Luke's AFL Team will play two games in the AFL Future Stars Cup Competition at Childers on Wednesday 16 May at 10.00am. 
Boys will meet at the St Luke's Lower Primary Car Park 8.30am. 
Travel by bus to Childers Show Grounds. Return to school by 3.00pm.

Teams Cross Country

Congratulations to the St Luke's Cross Country team for second place in the Teams Cross Country held at St Luke's on Tuesday 1 May.

St Luke's 13 Boys and 13 Girls both won their age divisions.
St Luke's 16 Boys and 16 Girls also won their age divisions.

St Luke's had a total of 36 teams competing (of 3 runners)

Final  points.
Shalom = 151 points
St Luke's = 120 points
BCC = 60 points
BSHS = 52 points
North = 10 points
Kepnock = 10 points

Rowing

St Luke's Rowing will be holding a Training Day at Bucca this Saturday, 5 May for all our Rowers.
 
Under the guidance of our Head Coach Ian Grotherr, our rowers will be given both water and land training
by our coaches.  (Dave & Mell won't be able to attend as they will be at a Regatta in Mackay)
 
The day will start at 7.00 am and finish at 3.00 pm.  Rowers are welcome to stay the full day or part of the
day, whatever suits.  BYO food & drinks.  Pack a picnic lunch and enjoy the day out.
 
Could you please email me if your child can attend so we can have some idea on numbers.
