Starts week 2 of term 4

Monday is Circuit and Weight training with Josh Furby in school Gym.

Tuesday is either

Rugby League skills and drills with Dwayne McKay on back oval.

Or

Basketball with Anthony Parry in MPC.

Wednesday is Circuit and Weight training with Josh Furby in Gym.

Thursday is Dance with Ignite Dance Studio, Melinda Scherer.

Ask your parents to sign you up, .....if interested....

Remember....it's a free service from St Luke's...for St Lukes students..

Yr 4 and above (10yrs to 18 yrs)

3.15 pm roll call

3.30 pm start

4.30 pm finish

4.45 pm ....everyone picked up by.....

School State Championship Regatta Bucca

St Luke's Anglican School rowers came across a very strong field as to
be expected at a State Championship regatta. Many of our crews and single scullers made semi finals and finals where they rose to the challenge.
A huge thank you and pat on the back to our rowers for their sportsmanship and participation. Well done.

In the Girls 8 event, 3 of our St Luke's rowers teamed up with Lourdes Hill to make an 8. Although the girls didn't make the final in this
event, they came together and rowed exceptionally well, had great fun
and made some new friends. The team rowed as 'Invitational'. A special thank you to the Gin Gin club for allowing us to utilise their 8 'The
Spirit of Theo' for this event.

Bundaberg District Athletics Team SLAS MEMBERS

Congratulations on your selection in the Bundaberg District Athletics Team for 2014.

Please find enclosed and attached the events and information sheets for the Wide Bay Trials to be held in Gayndah 15-16 September 2014. Please read all the information carefully.

I have your permission forms from the Bundaberg carnival, and will carry those through for the Wide Bay trials. if there is a new condition or allergy since that form, please let me know so you can get another completed.

If you are unable to compete, please let me know by this Friday 5th September.

The cost is $40.00 whether you are attending one or two days, or if you are travelling by your own transport. If you are not going on the bus and are traveling with family, please let me know. The money is payable to the front office.
