"The Armada" is ready for us. The St Luke's first ever 8.

We will have more information about a St Luke's Rowing Bucca day where we will officially give you the legend behind it's name and have a St Luke's Rowing Supporters and rowers crew training / fun day.

QISSN Update - Day 4

Today the girls played Marist College Emerald (our long time foes) in the quarter final match.  Team went out hard in the first quarter to have a good lead which they managed to hold for the rest of the match.  Final score was 32-28 in St Luke's favour. MVP McKenzie Mott.  This put them in the top 4 teams in Division 4.  The semi- final match against Mt Maria College Mitchelton started off with St Luke's down in the first quarter by 6 goals.  They went back out to level the scores in the second and third quarters.  The final quarter saw the scores see-saw with the centre pass.  Great work by defences Talea Loeskow and Sarah Marschke put us up in the final minute with the full time score 23-21.  MVP. Johannah Dallas.    The team will play off in the Grand Final Friday for first place in Division 4.  St Luke's previously won this division in 2007.

Hard day at the office. 2nd last game Gilroy 30, St Luke's 6. Boys kept trying and turning up. Michael Roselt was rewarded for a great carnival with a well deserved man of the match.

Four games today.  Lost to Chisholm College 20-13 MVP Montana Deamer; lost to Unity College 16 - 11 MVP Sarah Marschke; lost to Sienna College 23-17 MVP McKenzie Mott. Won against Mt Maria 19-13 MVP McKenzie Mott. Rest day tomorrow but should be in a good position for the quarter finals draw on Thusrday.  All girls well,,, tired but uninjured.
