Assisting on Water
Never done this before - don't worry as training will be provided for the above on water activities . A great way to get some water time, enjoy yourself and watch the regatta from the water.
Bring a 10mm and 11 mm spanner - a roll of electrical tape ( optional) and be ready to clip on riggers, adjust foot chocks and assist with carrying boats to/ from water
Regular Regatta attendees will know how busy the pontoon can get pre and post racing.
Race Tower
Helping out in the tower with race finish and judging. There are positions for qualified and non qualified people. There will always be qualified people in the tower and this is a great opportunity to learn from and assist them in their duties.
