Please note the following change to Wide Bay 13-19yrs Track & Field Trial conditions –
Spikes may be worn in all running events
o For safety all competitors in 800m, 1500m, 3000m and 5000m must wear shoes.
This is a change from the original conditions. Please make all athletes aware of this as soon as possible
